Good Morning all. I have often looked and loved the Colour Inspiration Challenges on some of my favourite blogs, but have never participated in one. So today, to shake things up a little, I have decided to have a go. I am a huge fan of Dawn McVey's gorgeous creations.
I have used the product as close as I could to Dawn's piccy above. I have to admit to being a little afraid of all of the colours, I am usually pretty simple and only choose a couple of colours for my creations, but I must admit it was a little fun to go rummaging through my goodies on the hunt for some new colours to try!
Ingredients: Chocolate Chip and Pale Plum card, Chocolate Chip ink, Regal Rose wide grosgrain ribbon, Curvy Label punch bundle, Scallop edge punch, Felt flowers - all from SU!, patterned paper from My Mind's Eye "Be Merry" range, square punch by EK Success, Pearl from Prima, Polka dot embossing folder from QuicKutz, button and choccy twine from my stash.
I hope your weekend is filled with fun things, enjoy. Smiles:) bye for now.

You did a great job with the challenge. I am now following your blog. I love your bags in your etsy. I am just starting back sewing and have made an apron and a cute little tote. Stop on over at my place. I am having a giveaway.
So pretty!! Great take on the challenge. xx
Love the embossed background. I've used the same paper collection for my card.

Great job Kathy - the card looks fab! I'm the same as you - always think about doing the colour challenges but never bite the bullet and actually do one. Perhaps once the craft room is set up properly I will get a bit more organised! xox
What a fantastic first Raspberry Suite challenge card! Great use of those fabulous colors :)
You did a great job with the colors! Love the felt flowers and the note frame on your card.
Super duper! What a fabulous take on the challenge! You should DEFINITELY take part in more of 'em!

Great card and awesome blog!!
So cute! Glad you finally played! :)
Very cute card! Love the polka dot embossing. Your profile almost describes me but replace the twin girls for two little boys and rather than crafting alongside me, they like playing with cars and balls on the floor beside me. Glad I found your blog!
This is GORGEOUS!
Great embossed chocolate and fun pops of color. Way to rock the color combo.
It's a good life!
