One perfect day...

Hi there all. I have been debating of late what this blog is really all about. It started off dedicated to my crafty creations, but some family stuff has popped up along the journey... obviously... I don't sit chained to my craft table ALL the time. My dilemma at the moment is whether it becomes simply a craft blog... or remains a bit of both... mostly my paper and fabric goodies, with a little sprinkling of life along the way.

I have decided today to share some personal piccies, maybe for the last time, just not sure yet, of a day of sheer perfection we had over the Easter Break... no crafty stuff... just holiday bliss.

Perfect little set of winding stairs ...

And a rare moment when Dear Hubby wrestled my beloved Canon out of my hands...

To help me out, I'd love to know what you come here to see, just the crafty stuff, or is there a little part of you that likes to see what else may be happening behind the scenes with my little brood? Leave a comment on this post and win $10 worth of goodies, plus free postage, from my Etsy shop. I will draw a winner next Thursday 12th May.

I come here for anything you post. I don't comment often because I'm lazy - sorry. But, I love seeing photos from family and your corner of the world. Most of the blogs I visit share other things along with their crafty stuff. I live in Lincoln, Illinois, USA.

Hi Kathy! I don't mind a bit of family stuff mixed in with crafty stuff! Makes for a nice mix and I feel like I "know" you - does that make sense???

Hi Kathy

I visit at least once a week, i love to see what you have been making as it inspires me to make something new, (I fell in love with the Pattern pieces stamp and have just seen a Stampin Up catalog so now I know where to get one, are you still a rep?), i've brought coloured twine from the states thanks to you and last month I made a batch of girls handbags to have in my present box. I also love to hear what's happening in your life, your girls are so lovely and i love to see what you're cooking and doing with them. Have you tried making Whoopie Pies yet, the kids and i love making them, our last batch was Pumpkin with maple syrup cream filling, yum yum. So please keep it all, you are such a lovely crafty lady it gives me pleasure having a peek into your world. Rowena.
