...and beautiful crafty books (can anyone relate?), this most recent acquisition being by the fabulous Janelle Wind.
After tackling the Pear in Heather Bailey's pattern, I wanted to make myself a cute pincushion, and here it...uh hum ... I mean, here he is...
I will not pretend to be original and fancy with a really cool name for him, he is simply Ollie, named after the Elephant in Heather's pattern, and he is just awesome at doing his job, that is looking too cute beside my sewing machine... and holding pins of course:) My Ollie is made from Heather's Pop Garden fabric and stuffed nice and full with cushion filling.
My next task is to make something beautiful out of Janelle's book, but I am struggling with which one to try first as they are all so gorgeous!
I do hope you have a lovely weekend, smiles and bye for now folks:)

Oh Ollie is too, too cute! Have been wanting to buy that book but as I already have a mountain (half untouched) of them I thought I'd be strong. Is everything as lovely and colourful as the front....should I get it??? Hope all is wonderful :)
