Something Cardy, Something New...

Good Afternoon blog friends. I seem to only be finding the time to blog once a week at the moment, so I thought I would make todays a little longer than usual.

I have been working on a few clean and simple cards, first up is a cute butterfly card, I just love this sentiment

Next is another card, using the same design, but changed up with hearts and one of Dawn's beautiful stamps from Papertrey's Signature Greetings set

The last card is another clean design, again using the Signature Greetings set

On another note, it is a little sad, bittersweet I suppose you could say, but these...

...have been hanging around with not much to do of late, as something kind of made it's way home with me a couple of weeks ago. Before I introduce you, a little background on my very non-fashionable little self... before I started to make my own bags last year, my handbag collection consisted of free gifts from make-up companies, you know the ones that you get when you spend $100 or so, on the back page of the little monthly brochure... vinyl outer, lining tearing away after the first month of use... you get the idea. Well I have longed after a friend's handbag for a while now, which has been sold out for some years, so when this new little baby was released this month in my favourite Honey/Fudge combo, I just had to have it.

I love the smell and feel of the leather, it's so yummy and is my new best friend ♥

Well, sorry this has been a bit of a longwinded post, but I do hope you have read or seen something worthy of your time:-) otherwise, I am sorry you have just lost the last five minutes of your life, five minutes that you can never get back.
